Mr. Gary Lui, Partner, Deacons
Gary specialises in dispute resolution. He has wide experience in advising major insurers on claims in relation to employees’ compensation, personal injury, public liability, motor liability and property damage. He advises insurers extensively on insurance-related disputes and has ample experience in handling arbitration proceedings arising from policy disputes.
Mr. Leo Ho, Senior Associate, Deacons
Leo is a Senior Associate of Insurance Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in advising insurers on policy wordings, employees’ compensation cases and personal injuries actions.
