Mr. Alfred Tam, Head of Insurance Litigation, Deacons
Alfred is the Head of Insurance Litigation Practice Group, Partner of Deacons’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. Alfred has extensive experience in insurance-related litigation and arbitration, with special interests in claims relating to personal injuries and the Employees’ Compensation legislation in Hong Kong. He advises insurer clients extensively on policy-related issues arising from third-party motor vehicles policies, employees’ compensation policies, public liability policies, contractors’ all risks insurance policies, marine hull policies, etc.
Mr. Leo Ho, Senior Associate, Deacons
Leo is a Senior Associate of Insurance Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in advising insurers on policy wordings, employees’ compensation cases and personal injuries actions.
