Ger van Hees
Ger van Hees is a Senior Information Security & Risk Consultant with more than 25 years of IT and Information Security experience. He holds CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, and CPDSE certifications and has a MSc. in Computer Security.
Ger has worked in many different security related roles for the last 20 years. He specialises in providing strategical and tactical information security services and guidance including governance, implementation of frameworks, setting and implementation of policies, risk management, and security awareness programs. He has mentored and coached many younger colleagues during those years.
Ger is a highly accomplished and experienced trainer, currently based in Melbourne. In his spare time he is a passionate private pilot, likes off-road driving, and is also very interested in blockchain technology.
