Wilson Tam
Mr. Wilson Tam is a partner based in Kennedy’s Hong Kong office whose practice focuses on liability disputes. He qualified in Hong Kong in 2007.
His core practice sees him act for a range of domestic and international clients that include insurers and reinsurers, loss adjustors, listed companies, private clubs, hotels, private schools, airlines, airports and aircraft manufacturers. Wilson has experience handling claims arising from catastrophic accidents with tetraplegic and paraplegic claimants, high profile sporting accidents, school bullying and various property damage claims. He advises on complicated insurance policy issues. Wilson also handles aviation liability claims.
Wilson is a member of The Law Society of Hong Kong. He is also a mediator accredited under both The Law Society of Hong Kong and HKMAAL.
